ABOUT THIS SITE
This is a home page of the CHISM FAMILY of Youngstown, Ohio. It has unofficially been an
information point on the world wide web for the annual Chism Family Reunion. I understand
there was feedback of how it can be better, needs to have more content and that items
needed to be improved, etc., however this feedback was not accompanied by descriptions of
those deliverables or any action to date.
My response is this: What one does speaks much louder than what one says. Put your time,
talent and money where your mouth is. Please do this with my, and the blessings/direction of
the reunion officers, who should provide the blueprint for what they want of an official site that
is paid for and administrated by the Chism Family Reunion.
This domain, chismfamily.com was created to promote the family reunion in 1999 that was
hosted by my sister Madonna Chism (she wasn't a Pinkard yet, {smile}) and family in
Youngstown, Ohio . The family did not ask for this site; in fact, at the time, I was told that no
one could or would really use it. As my sister will attest, I was the geek and created it anyway.
